Clause 7. Payment
The Client shall pay invoices within 120 days of acceptance of the work, at its sole discretion.
Clause 9. Liability
The Provider shall be liable without limit for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the services.
Clause 5. Deposit
The Tenant shall pay a deposit equal to six months' rent, which the Landlord may retain without justification.
